We've had a bit of a hiccup...

In June 2026, the server hosting corsa-b.uk suffered a critical hardware failure, which unfortunately took with it the whole site (amongst other things). I’m working on trying to get things from a backup, but unfortunately the most recent working one I can find is from 2016 — and that’s the only complete one. It’s proving to be somewhat of a nightmare!

In the meantime, the way a lot of us keep in touch about our cars has changed anyway. Forums were great, but the world moved on, and most of the regulars drifted to other places years ago. We kept the site running throughout the years, even though it wasn’t anywhere near as active as it used to be — there were still a lot of really useful resources, and I didn’t want to simply turn off the lights on them.

But I would like to say Thank you

To everyone who ever posted a fix at 11pm because someone else’s Corsa wouldn’t start in the morning. To everyone who ran a meet, organised a run, or just turned up with a flask of tea and a dodgy exhaust. To the regulars who kept the place civil when it would have been easier not to, and to the lurkers who only ever read — you kept the lights on as much as anyone.

This community ran for a long time, and that doesn’t happen by accident. Whatever shape things take from here, the thing we built together was real, and I’m grateful.
