2ltr 8v vs a 2ltr 16v

hello all

i have a m reg corsa b with no pas.

i was wondering if it is easier to do a 2ltr 8v conversion then the 2ltr 16v engine.

and want would i need to do with either conversions. i have seen conversion plates etc on ebay in kit form, which i take it is what i need.

so im guessing that i need:

2ltr 8v/16v engine.
2ltr 8v/16v gearbox.
engine loom
ecu
fuel pipe
water pipes
2ltr auxs
2ltr brakes

thats all i can think of off the bottom of my head.

this isnt my first engine conversion that i have done but is my first vauxhall so im not so knowlegdable, as im really a ford/vw man. but i got my corsa for 300quid, with gsi bumpers, n rear spoiler, smoked rear lights and 15" fox alloys with it for nothing, i could turn it down.
