gsi knocking help plsssss

when accelerating hard some thing knocks or sounds like rubbing metal 2 metal . only does it when accelerating you can feel it on the accelerator pedal. cannot be exhaust surely it looks like its like 4" away from anything and sounds like front drivers side. just woundered if it a corsa thing or a c20xe coversion thing lol. no diving her until its sort lol.

check your altenator pulley isnt catching on the chassis leg as its a tight fit

check your engine mounts dont have excessive play aswel.

just checked them they are ok puzzeled still

has the noise just started suddenly? is it loud or faint?

just started the last 3 days wasnt like tht when i bought it week and half ago. just odd how is vibrates thought the accelator pedal

found out what the knocking is its the power steering pump the adjuster hits the anti roll bar. does anyone no how to fix this dont really want to remove pump if i dont have to thanks craig
