Re: couple questions
Hey mate by the sound of the lights you said you got they are same as mine... I connected the halos on myn to the side lights but it totall up to you depending on when you want them on.. As for the 2 red and 2 black wires... I put both reds to gether and scotch blocked them into the sidelights.l and same for black ofcourse... Would have prefered not to do it that way but wires to sidelights had already been cut befor on my car so just used that to connect
the wires will try and get a pic for ya... Hope this helps on that matter.....
As for number plate I not clued on the law so I can't say for certain but aslong as the square is the standard size and the letters and number are the proper size I can't see there being a problem... All depends on the police near you aswell and how mardy they are...

Re: couple questions
regarding square plates, they are perfectly legal aslong as it conforms to UK regulations
correct size, font etc etc
a friend of mine just bought a BRAND NEW car and the dealership gave him square plates, both front and back
cant imagen a car dealer selling a car with ilegal plates
infact i have seen a police evo 10 round here with a square plate on the front nearside.

Re: couple questions
ah lovely, i havent taken the old lights out yet so i need to see how everything fits together before i go poking wires in and out of places lol if you can get a diagram that will be great
as for the plates...lovely,cheers for all your inputs ill get them on order some point soon =]
and the bad boy bonnet would be a bugger to do myself, i have welded before but i wouldnt trust myself to do it on my car, plus i just dont have the time to be fair, ill see how things shape up as i go along =] also just to be a pain in the arse i got one more question, i got an old calibra doing nothing on my drive and the alloys on it are the same style as the caviler gsi ones? the thick chunky ones, i dont know the profiles or sizes but has anyone done a straight on-and-off job from a calibra? it needs new tyres so ill get some thin(ish) ones. thanks again
