Sorry for piggybacking on this topic - i've been having the same problem with the engine management light coming on when accelorating and have read numerous times about it being the MAF sensor but the cheapest I can find it is £55.

I know stevie boy got one from ebay - any chance I could get the link for it as well? my little car really needs it - it struggles to get over 60.

Thanks!

Didnt get chance to edit before but im wondering if this is the sort of thing i need:

http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/NEW-VAUXHALL-AIR- ... 5ad7b60a13

it looks simular to mine except it has those bits for screws to go into and the one currently attached doesnt.

EDIT - this one look almost identical to the current one - so would this one be better?

735 - corsa gsi's currently on the road and 436 SORN
Basicly you would have to be a right tw*t to break one for parts

will have to have a look when i wake up then lol ive found a page on the interwebs that says the BOSCH part number is the correct one.

if you look at the following link and read the title at the top of the browser it says:

Vauxhall Parts - Air (Mass) Flow Meter - 90543282 - £80.57
http://www.vauxhallworldparts.com/parts ... 7&ecode=87

which says to me it is the correct MAF sensor, but i will double check on the sensor itself when its light.

thanks for your help matty :) learning something new every day!
