Just a quick question to see if anyone has any ideas of why this happens.
Currently when I turn on my side lights, the section with the clock/date/outside temp disappears and is no longer lit (but it still runs fine) and when the lights get turned off - it appears again.
Any ideas? Also does anyone know how to remove/replace the light bulb behind the dials for the fan/heat/direction bit - im sure you know what i mean its rather late so cant think straight

Re: Lights and clock
i bet you have the dimmer all the way down, try moving the dimmer wheel next to the rear fog light button

Re: Lights and clock
Thanks but ive tried that. That makes the dash brighter/dimmer but it doesnt seem to have anything to do with the clock turning off when the side lights are turned on.
Any other ideas?

Re: Lights and clock
it doesnt afect the car or the way it drives, is it really a big dealmine does the same mate, as far as im aware most corsa's do it.
its more than likely wired in to the head light switch. if u want it to stay the same brightness u cud pobly wire it in to a perminant live and not the headlight switch. so it wud stay the same
bit of a waste of time if you ask me
