hey,
my head unit was sticking out and as ive pushed it back i think the bolt which sticks out the back has gone through a wire
i think the wires part of the loom, it dosnt actually go into the radio but it runs along the back with plenty of other wires, i havent had a chance to have a good look but it looks like its a red one too
so basicly to my knolege i have no
-working head unit
-clock
-lights around the speedos
-horn
-hazard lights
-no interior light
but im yet to find more problems
i was wondering do you think this would be an easy fix, and aslo with the wire being quite hard to reach would removing the heating control unit help gain acess?
thabks
sam

Re: broken wire thanks to head unit
more than likely its shorted out and blown a load of fuses, check your fusebox first of all see if theres any blow one
if not then sounds like you have gone thru somthing more serious and would probably require you to remove the dash to fix.
