true and me to i like everything c/coded unless u drop a c20let lump fit ugly plastic bumpers and have a sleeper

sounds like mine but an xe instead "ugly plastic bumpers" my corsa takes offence to that haha

Roof welded up. Used 1 1/2" wide metal and to length of the roof.
Welded in ground welds down, gave rough sand up around areas to help fibre glass.
Applied fibre glass and in process of rubbin down and addin filler andrubbin that down till got finish im after.
also got headlights, front bumper of and all clips on front panels.
Any surface rust is being rubbed down and will give front section a re-spray and laquer.

Theres not alot m8, i welded a sheet of metal in to get fairly flush then fibreglass then filler.
Only used 1 small tin £12 of fibre glass.

yep everything bein smoothed, think looks SO good hole car smoothed. Not sure on wheels yet. Want it slammed to the floor to.

Think going keep it Blue, looks good colour i htink when proper clean n shiny.
Was thinking black or white but think stay with the blue

Engine now out, easiest engine ive eva took out.
Not giving engine bat proper good tidy up till sort a 2ltr 6v of some sort.
Keeping car the colour it is to.

Did all the work myself. as can c removed roof rack trims. Ground down to metal around rood. got 2 strips of metal cant remember measure ments now.
Cut few slots in the strips as the roof trim is not perfectly str8. Started welding boot end and slowly went along tacking it down b4 doing 1" welds.
Ground the welds down then fibre glass then filler then primer then will b fully painted when it gets re sprayed the same blue.
Say it took a day and half.
Cheaper doing yrself if u know how do the above.
Finishing spraying engine bay at mo, got rid of any surface rust etc but was hardly anythign so am happy
