Step-by-step guides required

Post by spleenripper »

For...

Removing, cleaning, replacing EGR.

Flushing the engine oil and gearbox oil.

Setting the wheel tracking.

Corsa Envoy, 3-door, year 2000, W reg, 973cc, 3 cylinder, petrol, 12v, manual.

Anyone know where I can get such guides online? Best of all would be with pictures :)

Thanks.

egr is simple- drain the coolant remove the few bolt holding it on and clean using carb cleaner. remeber to replace the gaskets.

setting wheel tracking has to be done at a garge because it requires special equipment

dont no about the oil flush though
OFFICAL DVLA DATA:
1414 - corsa gsi's on the road in 2008.
735 - corsa gsi's currently on the road and 436 SORN
Basicly you would have to be a right tw*t to break one for parts

Thanks to everyone for an awsome weekend at pvs!
