egr is simple- drain the coolant remove the few bolt holding it on and clean using carb cleaner. remeber to replace the gaskets.
setting wheel tracking has to be done at a garge because it requires special equipment
dont no about the oil flush though

Basicly you would have to be a right tw*t to break one for parts

Hate To State The Obvs here but a haynes manual is your best bet mate
online i doubt you will find much
trust though one hynes manual and you can do almost anything to your car
as in repairs and service
