track replica LOOK:!
hi all new here
got myself a 1.2 16v corsa sxi in black got it cheap decided i wanted to go down the track style route .
started by takin out the interior nice and gental done it. found out that the rear lights were completley fooked a wire had melted from the fusebox all the way to the rear drivers side light cluster . none of the lights on the car were working properly . so off i started ended up cutting the wire from the back of the fusebox and found out that it was for the drivers side sidelight :@:( so i made a bridge from the passenger side one. all the lights are now working good
then whn i took the carpet out i came across some nasty looking holes in the wheekl well never good to see rust lol . need to cut the well out and get another welded in . will be fine. as a i have an uncle who is a coded welder
got an exhaust magnex oval . best lookin exhaust backbox i think , dont argue its personal thaught. lol got it for £FREE from my brother as hee crashed his car his loss my gain lol .
got 2 sets of wheels to choose from , black cavalier slabs(ton weight) or lightweight multispoke style .dont know what to choose as the slabs look really good and the others are light. ill get some picks up and youse could help me choose please;)
car is currently SORN as it has no mot.
jacked the front of the car up the other week and the front wheels wouldent come off the ground found out i had 2 broken springs just gave me the excuse to buy some coilovers got them comming in the next week or 2.
front bumper needs replacing as it has a crack in it , got one for £5 ...bargin. started to paint it going for black and painting the plastic bit at the top the same colour of orange as the focus ST , get some picks up when im home
will update regular to give you all somthin to comment on picks will be on tonight .

OFFICAL DVLA DATA:
1414 - corsa gsi's on the road in 2008.
735 - corsa gsi's currently on the road and 436 SORN
Basicly you would have to be a right tw*t to break one for parts
Thanks to everyone for an awsome weekend at pvs!
