right screwed the engine up again buy it gettin to hot and goin crap.
now im debating buying a K & N induction kit and heat sheald
or putting stock air box back in replacing filter.

need honest opinion of which is better for engine, performance and looks :)

sounds stupid i know but had a debate bout it with my mate of which is better

induction kit with heat shield is slightly better (and i mean like maybe 1hp better on a nice engine) but cost a lot more - unless u know sum1 then its gonna set u bk like 60 quid. a panel filter offers nearly the same performance but for about 35 quid so its up 2 u really. depends if u got money 2 spend 2 get the best

yer true mate good thing my job pays well :) might be able to steal my mechanics induction kit
but i havnt got a clue where to get the heat shield from

well maybe nt that one cuz it says its intended for track not road use lol
