aslong as the tryes dont rub the arches, or the suspention struts it should be fine
and as for the rear wiper, again should be fine

lots of modern cars (like BMWs, Audis etc etc) dont have rear wipers from the factory
if in doubt ask bluecorsab i belive he is an MOT tester :)

as above realy, back wiper is not a requirement, providing your front wipers work and clear the windows fine then all is good there.

The only thing that you may have a issue with is with it being lowered so much when they do the break test it may make your wheels scrape or make your car hit the deck kinda thing and this might not be considered 100% "safe"

right here we go firstly your rear wiper is not a testable item so no problem there , as for your car being lowered a couple of things you will have to check (a) will your car go on the mot ramp without bottoming out ? (b) will it drop in the brake rollers without bottoming out. and (c)do the wheels interfere with any part of the bodywork especially in full lock if the answer is yes then its a fail, also with it being lowered check the front flexi hoses do not foul the tyres or vehicle structure as they are now longer than they would be normally . i hope this helps
