ok here i go again prob is car is fine then after a bout half hour eml comes on have cleaned egr valve which caused prob last time but exhause is blowing would this cause the problem

possibly
best having it fixed anyway a blowing exhaust is an mot fail
also try doin the paperclip test, will tell you what faults are logged
