like you know my car got nicked and i got a new barrle and put it on, when i start my car this light comes on flashing :S http://farm3.static.flickr.com/2278/210 ... 873aa1.jpg the oragne one...but when i start the car it turns rigth back off again car come one tell me what this is and how to fix it please lads thanks...sam

i believe that will be because your key hasnt got a computer chip in it

do you think that what it is but i can turn the key then the cd and ligth and that will work thenthe orange light just gose mad flashing it has a chip in it tho in the key anything eles it could be mate

the chip in ya key needs to be matched with the ring in the ignition barrel

surely he wud be usin the key for the right barrel put the old chip in the new key because the chip reader is a little blcak box that sits near the ingition barrel !

so if i buy all the barrel and the stering lock and stuff will this be okay you think?...

right if you didnt change anything apart from the igintion barrel
its because your new key dosnt have the correct transponder chip in it.
simply remove the chip from your old key and fit it to your new one
