x20xev Into Corsa B HELP !

right people im new on here and need some advice asap, i used to have a ph2 astra GSi which got wrote off soo i stripped it and bought a corsa sport 1.4 16v as a run about well it dident last too long untill the bottom end gave up, i managed to get the engine in the car useing a redtop mounting kit i had laying around i used the sport shafts with cav mk2 1.8 inner CV's as well as some big v6 brakes

now to the help i need,

1) it appers my inlet manifold is far too big do i need one ither from a x18xe or omega 2.0 16v as these don't have this flap in the inlet,

2) also wireing help ive changed the transponder over as the chip in the key ive wired the x14xe plug onto the x20xev loom colour to colour but it appers my ECU isent powering up as no EM light on,

3) top hose from thermstat to radiator its a awkward bend any one got any idea what water pipe to use,

any other advice is more than gratefull i will start a project thred once i get time,

are you talkin about the em light on the instrument cluster? have you tried takin it out and checkin the bulb and if its in right, i did that today and worked perfect after, have you tried getting a powercap for it? i think thats what there called, and about the hose have you tried changin the length/angle of it, try getting the original one of the sport or just cutting the one youve got because it might just be that the hose is too long for it mate
