Few \'small\' changes... Mainly to tidy the board up a bit & make it less \'noisy\'
Removed the Sub-Forums links from the index page.
Re-sized the tables for the index to \'group\' it all better
Altered the alignment of the text so it looks more in-place.
Also modified the Hints & Tips Section, which is now called Tutorials, Hints & Tips, aswell as Sub-Catagorising all the current info into the relevant areas.
And as a Final note... I\'ve removed the Web Links section, as they weren\'t getting used.
