get under the arch with a hammer is your only option mate, and make sure youv got stiffened shocks on the rear, thats about all you can do to be honest

Re: Help With Wheels Please
no it wont as corsas are double skinned, PLUS if you remove the plastic arch bit, then tap out that metal work that the plastic arch bolts to then mount the plastic arch bit back on, it will instead of being verticle be slightly at an angle, but at the same time it will give your car a wider look slightly, but tbf 17's on a corsa isnt reeeeeeli the best way to go.

nah wouldnt mind swapping em for sum 15's i only got em cos they were cheap if i did the arches tho would it hold plenty of weight and not rub at all? and should i just tap it slighly till it clears the wheel?

Re: Help With Wheels Please
dont go taking a hammer to your car if you dont know what your doin, sell your alloys and get some vauxhall ones or any with an offset of 45-49 et.
16s are the biggest i'd go on a corsa, anything else looks daft imo

OFFICAL DVLA DATA:

Basicly you would have to be a right tw*t to break one for parts
Thanks to everyone for an awsome weekend at pvs!

Re: Help With Wheels Please
i would take plastic arches off and hit it very lightly. VERY lightly. just see how it goes. if it starts to go wrng leave it. dont carry on or it will end up looking like sh!t

hav a think about it mate wot your doin is changin the shape and structure of the car it cud go fine but if it goes wrong u cant jst go to a scrappy and bolt the new parts on. you will have to take it to a body shop or get a new car.
at the end of the day the problem your havin is being caused by the wheels, not the arches
think about it, wot wud jebus do..............
