i want to put my manifold on but what on earth is this? do i need it?

secondary air pump is what that is ,just take the useless thing off and lob it in the bin if it actually did what it was designed to do it would be a brilliant idea but they dont and as such the best place for it is the nearest dustbin your car wont miss it believe me mine doesnt

thats alright then cheeeeers, i wont have any ecu light come on or anything will i?

no as all its supposed to do is channel forced warm air back to the inlet from cold start up to make the engine warm up quicker its not connected to the ecu side in any way so you will be ok

ahh right'o thats settled my mind quite a bit i should have this manifold on 2moro then, might pop out now actually and see if i can make some space around it, damn air conditioning pipes
