yea, just done a bit of research and you need rear reflectors, but nothing said that they have to be red, or within the lights themselves, so will try an get a black reflector and put it somewhere subtle!

another thing tho. even if u hav reflectors. the rear lights have to be so visible so u can see them lol. and that they are the correct colour. so indicators are not clear and brake lights not pink so on

*Progress Update*
Not much new to report, but some more pics of how the painting is progressing! All arch trims complete, and rear bumper complete, just waiting for the paint to dry and harden then we'll be winging them back on! And waiting for Halfords to get more Arden Blue in stock, and then we'll get the front bumper finished!!
Oh yeah, and I tried to get out some of the dents with the YouTube hair dryer/ compressed air trick...didnt work! Just got a bl**dy cold finger!!!
As always, all comments welcome!

yeah, halfords finest!! takes a bit of practice but once you get the swooshy technique nailed your sorted! trick i learnt was to build it up in thin coats, reduces the risk of runs and patches.
holes are there because the previous owner in their wisdom! decided they wanted to screw the bumper to the car! it didnt work!! these will be getting filled before final coats!

*Progress Update*
Actual Progress this time!!
Managed to get the other two wheels refurbed today!
Also got the worst of the rust spots filled, sanded and primed, along with the boot flushing, and took the boot handle off for priming and colour coding.
The rear bumper and rear arches were finally hard enough to go back on, so from behind it's starting to look like a Corsa again!!
I've also thrown in a few pics of the bad dings i couldnt get out, so i'm going to have to get inside and push them out (hopefully) or fill them (if the worst comes to the wrost)
So...next on the agenda is to get the handbrake and handbrake cable fitted (tutorials welcome!!) and sort something out for the horn! then it's off for a cheap MOT to find out what else is wrong with it!!
As always, all comments welcome!! Cheers

Re: Project Yogi! 1.2 SXi!
well the wife went onto the dvla website and downloaded the car's mot history, and it's pretty clean, so not expecting anything too serious, because there wasn't even any advisories on the last one, i'm thinking it'll just be the bits and pieces that the raj has stolen/f**k up!! lets hope anyway!!

Re: Project Yogi! 1.2 SXi!
short term plans for exterior are to try and source a gsi spoiler, a decent backbox, and a grille for the front bumper.
long term, a mild-ish bodykit, new alloys and a respray! but that's all depending on money, which with two kids, we dont have in large supply!!
i dont know how she found the MOT info, she keeping it a secret lol! but she says its not difficult, so i'm sure a wee scoot aboot the dvla website will throw something up.
and MOT wise, you never know whats going to happen until you throw it in, but it seems a good runner and mechanically sound, so i'm hopefull!!
