Debadging standard grill

i am wanting to debadge my grill seen loads on ebay but is there anyway to debadge the one already on the car? its V shape one 97 & onwards i think.

has any one done this??

nahh you cant de-badge the standard one, or do what i have done and spray the silver V black, but the only way to de-badge is to buy a grill but they're only about a tenner anyway so not all bad.

Does it look any good sprayed black ?? any pics of yours i might try that. did you keep the vauxhall logo silver??

your better buyin a debadged one mate, looks ten times better. its hardly expensive is it now. :)
Corsa B 1999 1.2 16v,
Debadged, Lowered 40 mm front and back 60mm,angel eyes with standard rears, Smoked Side Repeaters, Drilled airbox (Shredded). 4" Sportex Backbox with sportex straight through centre pipe. Graphite grey cesaros.

i did it basically because i found i had a spare in the shed, then painted between the vauxhall badge red

looks decent that going to have a go on the weekend. can you like snap out the silver V and just leave the badge on???

also off topic like but i bought a CV joint off ebay b4 and it was bought for a 1.2 corsa will this fit on my 1.0 litre corsa?

well i just masked up around the plastic grill it and sprayed the chrome bit in place, i removed the actual grill tho obv and sprayed it on the floor not on the car :lol: i think you can remove the chrome, but i think the clips would break if you did tho. and im not sure about the cv joint, i guess it would be the same not sure for certain tho

you can unclip silver trim but badge come with it

i sprayed mines all black its on my project log ;)
