Burning smell from new baxkbox

since i lowered my car and fitted the sportex back box it smells like its been burning badly. is there any reason for that. when i look below i see heatwaves from the CAT.

is the backbox blocked at all? and is there any poo on or around the backbox like paper and that?

there is the sticker and some stuck on cardboard.
