very important question on radiators

right my gf drives a 1.2 8 valve corsa and the radiator has given up the ghost so we wanna replace it

i got a mate who does engine conversions and he says hes got a 1.4 one in gd condition for her but will it fit?

he didnt say if its an 8 or 16 valve 1.4 bt wud this make a difference?
