live wire

im just wundering if you have 1 live wire connected to a switch, can you have as many things as you want running off the same live wire? e.g. 2 footwell neons and a few LEDs all 12v ?

Why not just run a wire to the battery?

well if u run 1 wire from the battry could u run as many things off it as u want?

Im not 100% sure but i dont see why not. I would recommend fuses if needed

it would be ok running a few items but your main worry would be the size of the cable because you dont want it getting hot

.75mm wire easy handle that lot, nice to have a 1amp fuse inline though.

well were on about running it direct from the battery, but its always best to put a fuse in just incase you do get a change of voltage and you want the fuse to blow before the item that your using, in your case the bulbs, because it will be replace the fuse, or alllll your bulbs.
