Hi,I was looking buy a new gaiter and knob for my corsa but im unsure on how to remove the knob and gaiter.
I attempted to remove the two but I ended up ripping the gaiter to get it off. I bought a new one but it doesnt fit (universal)
Just wondering if anybody knows of the correct way to remove and fit a new knob and gaiter.
Mine is lift-reverse.
I appreciate any replies as I am now using just the stick to change gear
Thanks
p.s. if anybody has fitted one and can recomend a gear knob please let me know

Re: Gear gaiter/knob
gear knobs are easy to get off if your luckey, get a tight grip and just twist and pull till it pops off.
gaitors are another easy one. ebay, you can get loads of colours and they are designed to fit corsa b's fitting them is pritty self explantiory tbh. just staple the bottom to your old plastic bottom and a cable tie round the top.

OFFICAL DVLA DATA:
1414 - corsa gsi's on the road in 2008.
735 - corsa gsi's currently on the road and 436 SORN
Basicly you would have to be a right tw*t to break one for parts
Thanks to everyone for an awsome weekend at pvs!
