Orite lads,

I need a new ecu for my car but theres two codes on the ecu so which code is it I need to match?

My ecu codes= 16213759 & D95031
Ecu I can buy codes= 16213759 & 001621

Would this ecu work on mine or not?

personally i wouldnt just change the ECU, because your chip inside your key will probably be different to, so your best bet is to get the whole lot ecu, chip and responder? i think... not sure if you need this but you might,

what engine is it for?
RED Corsa GSi Owner - Thats one GSi saved from the scrapheap and the pikeys who break them or ruin them with tacky mods :D

yeah I do need all 3 as there coded together. What I need to know is if any ecu from a 1.4 16v corsa b will fit. Each ecu has different numbers and codes on them to do with software updates etc. I have found one which has 32 pins in each connector and my car has 32 pins in each plug so I am hoping it will work, I just wanted if the codes had to match

got an ecu, transponder and reciever, all the codes were different to mine but both sockets in the ecu had 32 pins just like mine, plugged it in and my car started straight away. Happy days, now the work can commence, I will try do a project log asap :)
