And, just out of shear curiosity, how challenging is it to drop a 1.6 in one of these?

It's been my intention to strip the engine down and make it immaculate, but no point really on a 1.2, but if fitting a 1.6 isnt too hard then i might be able to have some fun with this

at the moment mine is on corsa c sxi's which i must admit look wuite nice

fitting a 1.6 wont be to hard to do, just need all the bits from a donor car etc, even if you use 1.4 16 valce stuff to fit it it wont matter as there the same engine minus the bore size

Ahhhh, awesome, gonna have to crack on finding a doner car then in that case

If im doing it though, its gonna be stripped to the bone and polished as much as possible before i fit it

And as for the SXI alloys, They would look awesome in white, just photoshopped it and yummmmmmmmmmm

yh before i refurbed them i did a photoshop of them in white and in black, went for black as easier to keep clean really, but white did look good
