smooth bumpers

i have a corsa sri the bumpers have been smoothed already but i want to smooth out the dips that go in and run round the bumper. im doing it my wot is the best way to do this i cant get hold of a plastic welder so was gonna fiberglass it,wots the best stuff to use so it dont crack cheers

you want proper plastic bumper filler mate, something thats flexible and bends.
