Corsa exhaust

I have a wee 1.2 8v corsa sitting with a straight through and back box, i was wondering what would be the best sounding back box, i use to have a 1.2 16v and it popped alot and banged but i think the 8v has lower compression, anyone know how i could make the 8v pop like my old one?

mines pops some times crackles rumbles with a straight through and backbox from sportex. i also have a 1.2 8v

i had an exhaust made for mine n it bangs, pops and flames occasionaly.
