FK front struts knocking ?

I put fk coilovers on my corsa and ever since i did the front struts knock every time i hit a tiny bump or pot hole...
any ideas what it could be or why it is doing it? and does anyone no how to sort it ??

One thing might be worth checking is the tightness of the nut on top of your strut, as I have a VW caddy and that nocks and the nut is right tight on the coilovers thread but theirs a space between that abd the top cup so iI need to get some washers to go under the nut to take the space up

i will check the space between, but dont think there is any i've heard you can take the bump stopers of the original shocks and put them on the coilovers but not sure if that works.

On my coilovers on my corsa think mine are FK but you have the large length of thread on the top and when you sit the spring cup on mine it wobbled about due to the cup being on the thread section and it needs to sit on the shaft itself so I had to use the old vauxhall cup ontop of my spring cup to act as a spacer then the top mount then the nut.

i had the same problem wen i fitted my FK's sorted it by putting my bump stops of my standard shocks in.

harv if urs wer FK's they wud most likely be fk's and hav there stickers on.

cheers mate i heard that before.. i'am goin to put the bump stops on this weekend so hopefully that sorts it. an how did you tighten up ur rear shocks because i carnt seem to get a grip on the shaft then get a turn on the nut its all just seems to spin.

i cant remember which ones which, as i have coilovers on my caddy and my corsa so i get confused but they do look identical tbf
