rub strip on side of the car

can somebody please give me some advice? ;
i have a red corsa b 93-00 the plastic rub strips on the side of the car i think is held on by double sided tape? i want to remove this rub strip but i know that when i do im going to be left with a big red mark on the side of the car? how would i get rid of the red mark it will leave?

You'l be left with a mark the same colour as the car, so all you'l have to do is buff it up and your done.

and that will defo get rid of the red mark? what should i buff it up with ?

Well it all depends on how faded your original paint work is tbf. Ut just use some T-cut etc

yeah the car isent really all that faded tbh but yer spose if it does leave a mark and i cant get rid of it i cud always put it back on lol thanks x
