Hi, just joined. I don\'t have a corsa yet but i\'m looking to buy one very soon once i\'ve sold my Punto.
Can any1 help me with the following information...
1. What is the best web site for buying Corsa bodykits?
2. How hard is it to fit the Prowler bodykit?
3. If i lower a corsa 60mm on springs with 17\", will it rub?
4. Are there any corsa meets in the Glasgow area?
Cheers

yer, if you need any Corsa bits i will be happy to help!
as for lowering with 60mm springs i wouldnt advise it at all!!
you should get a full kit with Shocks that will cope with the drop rather than standard ones!
have you thought about Height Adjustable Coilovers?

I don\'t want to fork out for coilovers, when i could just get spring for about £90.
So would 17\" (with et 49) rub with a 60mm drop?
I was also thinking about either getting the Prowler kit, CCM Karnage kit or a Flycatcher kit. Any advise appreciated.

personally in my opinion, the kits u have mentioned look ridiculous, and if your only willing to spend £90 on springs for a 60mm drop, then the chances are your want to buy the cheapest prowler kit u can find.
if u get a cheap prowler kit, u can guarantee it wont fit your corsa. As for general fitting, I would leave fitting of any body kit to a bodyshop unless u have personal experience or a mate who works in a bodyshop.
and as John said, if you want a 60mm drop on 17s, either go for coilovers or a full suspension kit. Your standard dampers and shocks wont be able to take the new suspension and your end up payin more in the long run.
by the sounds of the way u want to mod your corsa, its not my own personal taste, but each to their own mate. If your gonna do the mods u say, then spend out on a decent kit, a decent bodyshop as for the 60mm drop, go for a full suspension kit to carry this out.
if u dont cut corners then your be driving a smart motor
