corsa b electircal problem

i have a corsa b 1.0 1999, i seem to be having problems with the electrics, the horn does not seem to work, neither to the hazard lights, the indicators are, the interir light is very dim, there is no time on dash when its not on headlights but when i put the headlights on it resets the time and it displays, i checked all the fuses but i still cant figure out what it could be,

first thing i would do is check all the earths, and give them a good clean. after that i'd start taking the dash appart and having a propper look.
