hi ya peeps i havent been on here 4 a long time right so the last time i did bits to my belloved corsa she was d badged during this process we used a toffe wheel to get the glue off!!
Now i have what u would call burn maks on sum off were the door trims n badges were
so im asking if its ok to go ova with the prima, paint, laquer ect or get the doors resparayed by some one im due to pass my test soon n shes almost ready n could do with some help what would u guys suggesst again any hints n tips would be great
pointer on getting rid off glue from badges use a bit of petrol n a rag we got told this after

a pic would help, theres a good chance you can get away with t-cut, but cant tell till i see the damage.
in future dont use anything solvant to remove the glue, this will bleach the plastics or even begin to strip, or fade the paint.
in future just use veggie oil. yup the stuff in your kitchen. little bit on a soft rag, rub it on the glue, leave it for about 5 mins then keep rubbing and adding more veggie oil. after a while it'll all go and your paint and/or plasics will be fine.
i've been painting custom motorcycles for a number of years now, so a small repair like yours should be easy enough. you wouldnt beleive the damage that can be fixed with a small amount of money and a bit of elbow grease.

were not sure if the door has been painted before as the othre doors really are not that bad are local to the slough area

if it looks like its faded then t-cut or if the paint has started to come off then either take it to paint shop or do it yourself,
