Diagnostic trouble code

i have a C12SE engine and i got the trouble code number 35.
Anyone knows what that means? i think is the fuel filter. am i right?

does anybody know a pc program that i could download for free to find those codes when i need to?

what does "Idle stepper motor, Poor or no idle speed control" mean?

hi again guys! i changed the idle stepper motor or idle air motor (it's the same) and still nothing! the engine light still lights up and the rpm meter is going up and down! any idea what is happening? the engine type is X12SZ. I also clean the place where it goes with a carburettor cleaner. please help me soon! i am driving big distances every day and i need to fix it!

i just did some cleaning at the carburettor and now it's going up and down 800 to 1000 more softly than before but the engine light still is on! i even pull off the negative plug from the batery! i am waiting help guys! pleeeeeeeease!

was the part no exactly the same on the stepper motor you replaced as there is about 3 differant variants . the differance is in the shape of the plunger where it sits in the throttle body,if you have a differant part no then it wont work or seat correctly and your idle speed will be all up and down . your easiest option would be to replace the whole throttle body for a complete second hand one ,alsowhen you fitted it did you reset the plunger before you installed it ,that will also give you the same symptoms

what do you mean if i reset the plunger? whats the plunger? the stepper motor is exactly the same as it feets perfect and has the same shape and same product code!

before its fitted the plunger should be pushed all the way in and then fitted otherwise it wont work correctly
