corsa 12v starting problem

hi guys, i got a bit of a problem with the ickle corsa. i had a flat battery and it wouldnt hold charge, when i used a battery charger. i purchased a new battery and fitted it, now the car dont start.

ive checked the wiring and connectors to see if theres any liquid in the connectors, but all are okay. when i turn the key u can hear the starer motor wind away but it doesnt tick over.
ive put the car into gear and rocked it, to see if the starter is somehow jammed, and still have the same problem.

does anybody have any idea wot it could be???

sounds daft but have you tried bumping it?

if the car isnt chargin then it points to the altenator.

i have tried bumping it this morning and still no joy.

it seems like theres no fuel gettin in the eengine or the sparks aint firing.

about to check the sparks now

take the spark plugs out and check them and check to see if your getting petrol to the engine, could be fuel pump or just a fuse.
