Speedo and Power Steering stopped working

Hi all,

My Speedo and power steering have suddenly stopped working. I have a B 1.2 GLS 16V. I had to disconnect the MAF last week because it was idleing at over 3000 revs. Could this be connected to the failure of the speedo/steering? Drives fine apart from this.

Any ideas gratefully received as am desperate to have an ordinary working car for a change.

have you had any luck sorting this out as my car sometimes idles really high, thought i might need to clean the idle control valve but went out this morning and my power steering has stopped working aswell
