car wobbling problem :/

hi ppl my car has a wierd wobble when driving.. when i speed up it smoothes out. any idea on what could be causing it?

your wheels aernt balanced, and your wheels are vibrating, its the same affect when a lady sings and can crack a crystal glass, if she's under the note or over the note the glass wont vibrate, but if she's in the middle of the two right on the note then the glass will vibrate and flex and finally smash, the same principle is on your wheels, apart from the smashing bit :lol:

ahh i see haha could sliding in snow cause it to happen?

orrrrr what you could have is a build up of crap in the back of your alloy wheel gone hard. i had the same problem with a set of alloys i had, and living out in the country id get a build up of dirt and then it would settle and go rock hard so it would act like an extra weight. so make sure your wheels are empty from 'ice' or just general build up of crap

could be a mix of things, i've got wheel wobble at about 70 mph, thats because of a worn track rod end on front wheels, but could also be due to wheel balance, causing the wheel to in effect jump and skitter now and then on the road
