Kirb bump :(
I was in a car park, messing around lol when i bumped the O/S rear wheel on a 2 ish inch kirb, i was only going slow but would this be enought to cause any damage to the back axel? :/

no doubt it, why has it started making any weird noises? what you could do is just check the wheel bearing but cant wee what damage it'd do tho, more than likely damage your wheel more than the axle if anything at all.

just check the wheel bearing, and your wheel make sure its still round, but with a wheel bearing minus the drum contact noise with the pads it should sound smooth, you can tell if ones gone anyway because the wheel will, well.. move side to side.

Re: Kirb bump :(
jack the wheel up so its off the ground, spin it round with your hands and listen for any unusual noises, then grab left and ride side try and turn the wheel slightly, see if there is any give in it, with it being the rear wheel there shouldn't be any i don't think, so if there is its probably the wheel bearing, i need to change rear wheel bearings on mine and thats how the garage found out by doing them checks
