alloys and scraping

hello i am new on here i have a corsa b 1997 ls with 16" alloys i have the problem of scraping and it isnt lowered i just wonded if anyone cold help me with this i dont want to change the tyres because they are brand new same with the alloy wheels

they're scrubbing? without being lowered? :? easy way to solve that mate, sell the alloys and buy vauxhall ones. orr get inside the arch with a hammer and give it a good thrash to make some space. :)

yep like harv said, get rid of the alloys. you need alloys with an offset 45-49et. dont worry your not the first one to have this problem, the first thing people do when they get there car is rush out and get some alloys thinking the only thing they need worry about is the rim size.
OFFICAL DVLA DATA:
1414 - corsa gsi's on the road in 2008.
735 - corsa gsi's currently on the road and 436 SORN
Basicly you would have to be a right tw*t to break one for parts :rant:

Another thing you can do is take the wheels to a local engineers and get them to shave some of the wheel off on the back near the holes for the wheels nuts to bring the wheels further back into the arches.

be better of just sellin them and get vaux alloys
