Re: help fitting powerbox
right first thing i have to say is fitting a power box is a PAIN IN THE ASS!!! and yes you need a blanking plate to go on the bottom side of the manifold, and all the wires will reach no problem, you also have to cut and remove the inlet pipe thats below the manifold aswell because where it comes up out to the filter its in the way for the throttle body, you will need to extend your brake vacume pipe, and the sensors will need to be all T-pieced together so they can mount to the power box aswell, take a look at my project thread, its a bit hard to explain. but you should see the few pipes that iv had to extend. oh also the water pipes that went to the throttle body just need connecting together. and no leave the lower inlet alone you dont have to remove it.

Re: help fitting powerbox
the throttle goes behind the power box and it should reach round easily enough, well mine did anyway.

Is the power box for your car the same as the gsi model? I'm having a really hard time trying to find one!
