i liked them but i wanted more lows, which ment smaller wheels as coilovers are all the way down, and i liked the retro/different look, rather than ur same cav slabs/speedlines etc i like different im painting it atm matt white with satin black bumpers and trims etc, plus a few extras will psot pics when finished

Re: how low can you go?
thanks mate, everyone on the corsasport forum disagreed xD
the redtops now gone, and ive brought 2 2.0 8v lumps both from astra GTEs. ones still in the car and getting taken out this weekend, but is slightly low on compression, so going to use both and make a good one out of the 2, ive got a wiring loom and f16 box, going to use the 2.0 driveshafts from the cavalier gsi i got the redtop out of with some LMF hubs, hoping to have it in an running just after xmas now. then going to gather all the bits for the turbo conversion. but it means im going to have to raise my car up which im gutted about as i was going to get some banded steelies next week but needs must. but luckily ive managed to swap my old x14xe and 1.2 8v gearbox for some speedlines
to get
oil feed (local hydraulic place can make it)
oil return
intercooler and pipework
exhaust/manifold
fuel pressure reg/gauge
boost gauge
boost controller set to 14psi
BIGGER BRAKES!
so far ive got
TD04 turbo off an 03 Subaru Impreza STI
Saab Turbo injectors (blue ones)

no more lows!
as of today i am no longer low, but now following what i call a 'trend', a corsa with speedlines due to the engine conversion im doing just after over xmas i had to raise it up as to not kill the new engine like i did the old one, twice. ive tried to keep it as 'low' as i can. had a few teething problems with scrubbing/arching out, ive taken the wheel arch liners out on the front and cover the holes under the bonnet to stop any crap etc getting in. ive got 3 centre caps for them just need another one and some new badges for the centres, then its ready to put my 2.0 8v in.
exscuse the pics it needs a clean xD
next on the list, get some 165/40/16 tyres as im currently on 205/45/16 which isnt heling with the rubbing so some stretch will help sit it slightly lower at the front, the centres of the wheel were so big they rubbed on the brake caliper/brake caliper clip so had to get them lathed down.
more updates to follow

i got an old number plate cut it down to size, put some silicone on the back and screwed it on using the original holes o nthe bumper. i then done put a screw in at the top and bottom of the middle, and both sides to make sure it stayed still. Then just used fibreglass up to build up the depth and finished off with filler just to take the shape, now its been painted i can see easier a few places it needs improving, whilst im at it im going to get rid of the other line and go for completely smoothed
