here we go again!!!!!

mornin. some of you may remember me with the 1.2 corsa that lost power well some nice person stole it b4 i managed to sort the problem i now have a 1.4 nice little one loved it until yesterday. all of a sudden i have no indicators or radio and the time and date go off untill you put the hazards on then you have everything also the drivers side rear light has gone out along with the numberplate light any ideas people cuz i use it for work and im now having to walk???? any info greatly recived regards

sounds like a wiring loom problem or a fuse issue to me

quickest one to check is the fuses - see if they are all working and replace any blown ones then if that dont sort it then its something much worse going on

check and clean your earths mate. if that or the fuse's dont work then you need to start inspecting your loom for someting shorting out, or a loose connection etc.
OFFICAL DVLA DATA:
1414 - corsa gsi's on the road in 2008.
735 - corsa gsi's currently on the road and 436 SORN
Basicly you would have to be a right tw*t to break one for parts :rant:

right been out n had a play changed some fuses and hey presto it worked that was untill i put my brakes on n then pop straight off again???? anyone got an idea with this one?

also jus been put n put a 30a fuse in the slot that keeps blowing to see what happens so when you put your foot on the break all the lights go dim and the fanbelt starts slipping jus to bring you upto date with where i am

Sounds as though you have a short somewhere but don't understand why fan belt starts slipping ?

Sounds like a short make sure your earth are connected properly i had this trouble with my old motorbike ( same differance )..
