corsa 1.4 8v

Post by diesel09 »

thought id start a log of my project,
okay, its a corsa b 1.4 8v, 1998,

was pretty much standard when i bought it apart from sport/Gsi spoiler colour coded bumpers, badgeless grille,

so far ive bought a straight through centre section, cav gsi steering wheel, new back box and some Gsi interior,

the back box was pretty tatty when i first put it on, but when i took it off to put my new mid section on i gave it a good clean and is looking much better,
ive also put on my steering wheel, drilled the airbox, and fitted the bottom part of the rear seats, ran out of time today so will do some more tommorow,

heres some pics

the 1st two pics are of the car before i cleaned the back box

they just need a litle trimming and bolting on, smart project thou mate, looks nice.
OFFICAL DVLA DATA:
1414 - corsa gsi's on the road in 2008.
735 - corsa gsi's currently on the road and 436 SORN
Basicly you would have to be a right tw*t to break one for parts

Thanks to everyone for an awsome weekend at pvs!

The car looks good.
Where did you get that steering wheel from ?. I'm feeling that one :D
The rest of the car aint too bad either, nice touch on the exhaust tip. The stocks ones are never good looking.
