rust where water seems to have leaked

Ok I did a post last night about losing water I did 20 mile run and had a look in the engine bay
I couldn't see leaks but when I looked under the Airfilter hose that goes to the
carb injector I noticed there is quite a bit of rust where water has be running near the water temp
senor and some fur like what you get on car battery that not been looked after what else is near
the water temp sensor that could be leaking please help me thank you....

FInally got it sorted it was leaking near the inlet manifold
