IN Pain

2 To 6 months out from playing football dislocated and tron my ligaments in my shoulder yesterday. cant sleep/ cant use my left arm as cant move it with out pain!

cant be not playing football 4 6 months. do my head in!

if you spent more time driving instead of playing football then you would be a happy bunny!!
