wiring 1.28v

Right, I've put a 1.6 xvalve (x16szr) enginee in my aar (a 1998 1.28v). The engine is in and it runs but is currently on the 1.2 managemant. I have the 1.6 management but one of the plugs that goes into the ecu ist too small (the one I my loom) wheras the other is larger. The donor engine came out o an astra arctic on a 98 reg. Any help or ideas will be appreciated.
