conversion comparison

Post by chris patterson »

Hi, I'm chris i am looking for a small car as a project i want to get a lower trim model as spend less on the car more on mods

right i currently have my eye on a corsa b 1.2 8v and a fiesta mk4 1.3

routes the 4 routes of performance i have in mind are:

Route 1
Corsa with x16xe engine, vx performance inlet, 4-2-1 manifold, full exhaust, enclosed filter, fuel pressure regulator and remap

Route 2
Corsa with C20XE redtop engine, cat back, enclosed filter, fuel pressure regulator and remap

Route 3 ( I know it isn't vauxhall but i just want a bit of a comparison in performance which would be quicker)

Ford fiesta with 1.7 puma engine, ford racing puma 4-2-1 exhaust manifold, cat back, enclosed filter, fuel pressure regulator and remap

Route 4
Ford fiesta with ford racing puma engine

i know what both cars are like to drive as i have drove the fiesta and my had a corsa b 1.4 sport a few years ago so basically with the 4 routes of tuning which would be the quickest
