i have a 98 1.2 16v auto corsa.
ive managed to locate a new engine for my corse accept its a manual engine and i have a automatic.
how would i go about putting a manual engine into the auto?
also the new engine ive seen it but not totally sure on it,
its got dark brown/black oil in it looks like it hasnt has a oil change in a long time!
does look a lil tatty and has done 117,000 on the clock accept the breakers yard dont seem to think its the original engine so dont know the true milage.
i am going back tommorow so they can do a compression test and look down onto the top of the pistons.
do you think i should bother or look for another?

look for another, thats alot of miles, and they're just fobbing you off so as you'l buy it. i wouldnt buy an engine with over 100,000 at all.
