Applying Lacquer

Post by Jake »

Me again,
In the process of spraying the colour on the exterior of my car. Was just wondering when its dried tomorrow should I apply the lacquer straight on or smooth down with 1200 grit wet and dry paper to remove gloss and then apply the lacquer?
thanks.

you can whip over it if its got dust or such sittin on the the paint, just dont go too far into it, or u will get reactions with laquar, dont need to be fussy

give it a rub down first or the laquer wont stick and you'll end up with laquer peel a few months down the road ;)
