rust holes in floor MOT fail??

i had a thourogh good look under the car yest as my MOT is due in aug and noticed the chassis box section directly behind front wheels (the ones that extend down from the main chassis legs) was badly roted away have it booked in to garage on fri to get new plates welded in!! directly behind the box section where the floor is i also noticed there was a rust hole in the floor about the size of clothes peg so i peeled back the carpets inside and sanded down the loose rust put kurust on top of that then once it dried did the hole with aluminium mesh and glass fibre then body filled the bottom! was goinna sand it down then apply sum tetroseal underbody to new welded up bit and also the bit i touched up. already its very hard to notrice i did the job on the floor. just wanna know if this will be ok for the mot as i said the hole was prety small. thanks in advance for the help guys.

as long as you cant see through it it'l be fine,
